Terms of Service
Payment via Paypal only. All prices listed are in USD and do not include any possible Paypal or fees.Please remember that I have the right to reject any commission without providing the reason. Pressuring me to accept your commission will increase the chance of rejection.It may take me up to 3 months to finish your commission. There will be a small fee if you want to set a hard deadline.You cannot claim my art as yours. Credit me when posting it to other sites.I maintain the rights to post my artwork in any form. It might cost extra if you want to keep it private.I will not take commissions without any references. The more references, the better. NSFW references are fine, but only send them if really needed. My art changes as I grow, so send me my old artwork as reference if you want a specific style.I rarely draw males. Commission at your own risk.Payments are to be made either fully upfront or 50% upfront and 50% after last sketch approval (I will notify you if split payment is not available). The commission only begins once the initial payment is received. I will wait one week for payment before cancelling your order. If there are any fees incurred, the payments will need to be made upfront before I continue.I offer full refund for commissions cancelled either by me or before I start working. Partial refund might be available if I am partway through the piece.Depends on the type of commission, you will receive 1-2 sketches for approval. Please list all major changes you want (within reason) after receiving these sketches. Progress shots are available upon request; however, I only offer minor edits after last sketch approval.Do not use my art for NFTs nor sell it for NFT purposes.I offer a 10% discount for Kagerou Project/Mekakucity Actors commission, and a 15% discount for Ayano Tateyama commissions.
